1. Return Eligibility To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all original tags, packaging, and receipts.
  • The item must not have been altered, damaged, or used in any way.

2. Non-returnable Items Certain items are non-returnable and are not eligible for refunds. These include:

  • Items with tags or packaging removed or damaged

3. How to Initiate a Return To start the return process, please follow these steps:

  2. You will receive an authorization email with further instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  3. Securely package the item for return, ensuring that it is protected to avoid damage during transit.
  4. Ship the item back to the address provided in the authorization email.

4. Return Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the item arrives safely.

5. Refund Process Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
